When you created a new page or post in wordpress people can leave a comment.

How can you allow the visitors to upload there own image? (just like css-tricks.com has)

There’s no plugin, it’s built into WordPress. The theme obviously has to has the ability to show gravatars, but I’d say most themes built within the last 12 – 18 months that I’ve seen include this functionality.

Check out this, using gravatars is supported by WordPress from version 2.5 and up. http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Gravatars
