I just redesigned my site and other than a few things in the nav being a pixel or 2 off in webkit (fixing tomorrow) everything’s is good except searching only works from the site root. If you’re you’re on a single post or a page search 404s. Can someone help me figure out whats wrong?

Possibly because each blog post is in a new directory. Here’s an example. You have your root HTML directory, your homepage, where the search works fine (http://srkdesign.com/?s=search). But when you click a post, it’s the equivalent of going up a directory (http://srkdesign.com/wordpress-3-0/?s=search) which returns a 404. Adding a

    ../

    should fix it.

Thanks for the help, I found the problem. My searchform.php was missing

for the action. Added that line and it started working again. I switch from building in starkers to chris’ blank theme and apparently blank omits that line.
