Hi guys, whats a good width for å webpage?
I’ve tried searching around for something to help me out on this, but because of the poll on css-tricks website right now, i basicly get a “hit” on every page here :p

Like this website – i really like the dimensions of the centered content box! any idea how large it is ? :)
i guess ill try downloading fireBug again and try to check it out myself – but if someone beats me too it that would have been helpfull aswell :)

    – Sorry if there is any bad english going on in my posts.

    Best regards from Norway.

This site is ‘responsive’, so it won’t have a set width for all screen sizes.

If you’re looking for a specific width, I think 960px seems to still be a common standard. If you have the time/budget for a project, I would recommend reading about responsive sites.

There is, edit your the thread post and there should be a check box for it.

If you’re going to get into responsive websites, I suggest using Boilerplate as a skeleton.

The ‘Mark as Solved’ checkbox is currently missing due to forum malfunctions.
