[Solved] Best approach for a Bi-lingual WordPress site?

Hello!

I have a site in English which rarely has additional content added to it, which is in the process of being translated into Italian. I’ve found a number of plugins for providing automatic translation (babelfish-style) with a language switcher, but I’m wondering if people could recommend the best solution (or combination of plugins) for allowing entry of manually-translated content with a switcher.

A cursory glance at http://www.poplarware.com/downloads/language_switcher seems promising, can anyone recommend it?

I recommend qtranslate … best ever, solved all my bi-lingual problems.
Thats the plugin homepage http://www.qianqin.de/qtranslate/ but you can probably get it on wordpress plugin directory

Just got through adding qtranslate and trying it out – definitely easy to use and looks like it will do the job.
