Well yes you can do that by combining a few scripts:

this [pen](http://codepen.io/seraphzz/pen/riglm “pen here”) will allow you to learn how to make a custom popup box appear at the center of the screen.

Then you can use js onClick function to ‘change styles’ of one of the two forms login / signup.
