Social Icons Colour

Hi,

There are black Facebook and Twitter icons at the top of my website. When you hover the mouse over them they become orange, I am trying to change the colours but cannot find the icons anywhere in the css file.

It seems to be defined inline. Not too familiar with the concept but is marked as #17 and you could likely change it after having a look at this :
