Smooth-scrolling stopped working after adding SequenceJS

Smooth-Scrolling effect (from CSSTricks) stopped working after including a SequenceJS (http://www.sequencejs.com/ ) slider.

The smooth-scrolling I copied from here:

Anyone knows how to solve this?
Just for the record, I don’t know much about js or jQuery.
