sliding background like octoverse.github.com

Hi, Everyone

Few days ago I saw this site : http://octoverse.github.com/
and I was really into the sliding effect of the background.
It seems background of each slide stops sliding when hitting the top border of window. Could anybody give a hint for solving this?

I’m not seeing that issue? Can you be more specific (browser, what border (show a screenshot), etc)? You could also post the issue on the Github page which you should do anyway.
