Site not displaying correctly on Iphone?

Hi,

I have been coding the mobile side of my site using the chrome dev tools.
The site looks fine on the dev tools, however on the contact screen on iphone certain elements are out of place even though on the dev tools they never act or display in that way.

The main problem is the two input boxes decrease in size and the text area stays the same, all of them should be the same size and are on dev tools and android which I tested on my own phone.

I have spent hours trying to work this out, I just can’t understand why the contact form is different on safari (which is something I can’t really test with on windows , unless someone knows a way for me too).

Thank you in advance for any advice hopefully I can learn from this in future projects.

Sorry I started trying to sort it out, I rebuilt the contact form and now its just message box that’s off a little haha.

Just the way IOS renders the contact boxes you can consider this thread closed now I will sort it out.
