Has anyone successfully created a single sign-on for Twitter (or Facebook)?

I’m trying to use OpAuth to create my own comment system but I’m getting nowhere.

I wouldn’t mind using Disqus only if it’s possible to strip its styling. However, I think it might make my site faster just having my own custom system.

I’m also open to other comment platforms that I might not know about. Keep in mind that I use Kirby as my CMS and not WordPress.

OAuth is the absolute worst. I have no idea why it has to be so complicated. I’ve lost so many hours trying to work with it.

Where are you getting stuck with OpAuth? Docs seem pretty well put together (even if most of it goes over my head).

Ahaha. I think that’s where I’m at. It’s a bit overwhelming. I had it working a while back before but didn’t have time to really dive into creating my comment system. I asked for help from the creator of OpAuth but that didn’t lead anywhere.

Even when I think I get it working, I get the following error:

“Invalid auth response: Missing key auth response components.”
