Simple Gallery

I need to create a gallery like this onehttp://wordpress.binnyva.com/plugin/gallifrey-plugin-demo/#5using built in shortcode [gallery] I can’t find any good documentation how to do that, all I’m getting is thumbnails but no big image with caption on click. Please help. Thank you.

I haven’t used that plugin, and it sounds like most people here haven’t. I would try finding some sort of forum for the plugin or posting a help request in the WordPress.org forum about the plugin.

I don’t want to use that plugin, it’s just as example. What it does is only fade in/out effect on hover, I know that it’s possible to build this kind of gallery using shotrcode [gallery] http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_the_gallery_shortcode and css
