    I was curious if anyone could suggest a simple & free CMS that would allow me to upload an existing HTML site.

    Most of the cms or all i know out there are working with a template system. So you have to rewrite it anyways.

    Cushy is real simple and easy to integrate. It’s not the most powerful one out there but if your using for a static site it works great.
