I was reading the SVG vs font icons article on this page and i was wondering if it was worth migrating everything to SVG.
We mostly deal with static pages using the bootstrap framework and just use font awesome which i though would solve some of the problems as its scalable. We haven’t got around to integrating grunt as we want to keep things simple for the time being and using SVGS seems more complicated in the short term. What do you guys think?

We really can’t make the decision for you…it will depend entirely on your teams preferences, workflow, and the individual projects and client needs.

If you’re using bootstrap primarily then it makes sense to continue using that system and extend it as required rather than make a sweeping change.

I’ve no doubt that as SVG matures and extends, bootstrap will incorporate it into a future version.
