Shopify, Goodbarry or None

Need to set up an online Shop for a customer not sure what to use, do I use Shopify or Goodbarry, are there alternatives? Shopify and Goodbarry has a CMS, I normally use wordpress or Jommla, but have never built a shop before – everything feels a bit fragmented – What CMS do other people use to set up customers websites? How do other people do this?

I’ve never used either of those. I had never heard of goodbarry at all actually. What I’ve been using is the Wp E-Commerce plugin for wordpress. It’s a pretty good plugin but it can be a little bit of a pain to customize since they have a lot of interior styling but once you figure out what need to be changed it gets easier with every job.
