I just set up a new wiki on my own server, and I’m having a little trouble with templates.

So I want to use a standard “infobox” (the stuff you often see at the top right of the page). For that, I use something like this in my page:

     | name = Some title goes here
     | above = Some other stuff
     | subheader = Bla bla bla

Yet, because the Infobox template doesn’t exist yet, it will just output:

Which is a link to the actual template, that I can then create/edit.

But what do I put in that template file? There’s supposedly going to be some HTML in there, right? If I want to make it look like all the other info, is there some source of standard module I need to download and put in there?

For example, if I want to use the template for Infobox Musical Artist, how/where do I get the actual template source that is being used on so many wikis? My default wiki doesn’t have that template, do I have to create it from scratch or is there some library that I can use?
