i want to show my client the web site I’m making for them and I have been zipping the index file and the css and sending it.

Is there a better way to show a non live website to a client?

maybe turn it into a of somehow?

I would create a subdomain on their server. Like: dev.yourclient.com and have it be password protected.

If they haven’t purchased their own domain/hosting yet, then you can do it on yours:

    yourclient.yoursite.com

weird…i had to leave it as index.html when saving from firefox or it doesn’t open at all.

either way firefox doesn’t save all the images so ill just copy the index and all the source files manually
