How can I send images using a form on a website?
I have a nice form with some ordinary inputs, I have an input field of
type=´file´, I´ve got
enctype=´multipart/form-data´, I can access the camera on a mobile device, I have a php mail script running (its actually an elderly one at the bottom of this page: https://css-tricks.com/creating-a-unique-contact-for/), I have form validation, I have everything up and running, except that images won´t be processed and sent via the form. No problems with the ordinary inputs, though.
You can see and try it here: http://www.quaft.de/thing.html
I need help down here, its technical!
Do I need to store the images somewhere, so they can be processed?
Do I need some PHP trickery to get the files processed and sent?
What is the best way to do it all?October 4, 2018 at 6:50 am #277268
