    Hello!

    I decided to go with the handy step-by-step form using jquery found here called Seminar Registration Form and I go through all the trouble to create a form action in Cold Fusion only to find out my service provider doesn’t support Cold Fusion. I liked the idea of being able to store the information people put into the form onto the database so everyone in the office can access it easily.

    Deflated and back to the drawing board I’ve decided I have to do this in PHP. Does anyone know the easiest way to convert his code to PHP? Or have a basic php code for this specific form that I could edit? Many thanks beforehand. I feel really stupid. I’ve never done this before.
