Can anyone please advice on how to make a scroll transition effect to next/previous page section (anchor point), like on the website www. booz allen . com? It is important to understand that I do not mean any regular ‘scrolling animation’ but more like a pushing transition effect that you also have when changing slides on powerpoint.
Additionally, the mouse should be free but the scroll should be fixed, meaning that you can only scroll up or down and not to the middle (border) of two sections (anchor points). I have managed to make anchor points and scroll jumps, but I want the scroll to be pulled to the next page section. Just like on www. booz allen . com.
I would be grateful for any tips, plugins, names, etc!!
