Hi guys
Is it ok to use an svg on the web thats been saved out of Illustrator with a dropshadow?
I ‘ve seen that you can achieve drop shadows using svg filters but this seems overly complicated when you can just add to the svg its self.
Saving with a drop shadow doesn’t seem to have added much to the file size either and has looked fine in every browser I have available to me.
Any reason why I shouldn’t be doing this?
