I’ve just completed this web site for a non-profit agency that assists athletes with disabilities enjoy the benefits of running. I’d love some feedback and constructive criticism.
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with me–I appreciate it.

The only thing that I will change is the hover and active menu in the light style, I will change it for white. also instead of put in the top menu: "skip to", I will name it with sections and put a reverse orange background.
Also I will add some jquery:
to add some smooth scroll when skip:
http://www.kryogenix.org/code/browser/smoothscroll/and to switch css style:

cool design !

Wow–thanks for catching the image that wasn’t loading. I can’t believe I missed that. I think that after looking at it for so long, I begin to "see" what should be there instead of what’s actually there.
I liked your suggestions about making the :hover and :active states white. I went back and forth on keeping it orange or making it white. I liked the orange, but the white matches the :hover and :active states in the secondary navigation.
I also made the suggested change on the orange bg on the "skip" links at the top. For accessibility purposes though, I think I’ll leave the wording as is.
I know I have to come up with a style switcher–just haven’t decided how to do it yet. I’d like to implement a basic PHP method. On my To Do list!
Thanks for taking the time to look at the site and give me your feedback–I really appreciate it. Working as a freelance developer, it can be hard to get!
