    Looks good.

You should use text whenever possible instead of images.
There is something going on with the footer because the contact form is out of place.
Websites with this type of design are usually responsive.
One of the team images is lacking border-radius and is slightly lower than the other two.
Not sure if it’s just me but things aren’t aligned quite right.

But it looks like a decent website overall.

The alignment issue is now fixed..

How can I reduce the time to load this site on the very first time?

I really like Georgia here but with the vast amount of webfonts available, I think you could do better. But I have to say, Armata does not compliment the others. Nor does it render all that well at small sizes.

Also, why is one of the images at the bottom square and the other two are circles? Where’s the consistency?

    fixed the speed issue
    adding expires headers..

I like the overall concept –
    a few issues :
The ‘Metainfos team’ section images doesn’t flow well and the arrow below is wrong color and out pushed from edge.
plus i had a load time of 3 seconds which is bad.

you want to load only whats above the fold to begin with, having the rest of the content [Lazy Loading](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lazy_loading).

But again over all quite nice.

    like your work.

Perhaps you can make banner typo as HTML text.
