Remove White Space on Right Side of Screen

Hello, I used a tutorial from Xomisse to make my navigation bar, header, and footer the full width of the screen. It worked fine on the left side but on the right side there is still a white space. I also had the nav bar stick to the top of the page and strangely when you scroll down and the nav bar sticks, it suddenly becomes full width. I have tried several different things and it has been driving me crazy that I can’t get rid of it. I’m not very savvy with this stuff so I could be missing something right in front of my face and I would really appreciate some help. My site is http://www.tiara-mania.com/

The class .widget has margin:0 50px 30px 0; wich causes the whitespace in the navigation.

Thank you so much! I’ve had my site for several years but I’ve just started to learn about coding. I had the margin there to create space between my sidebar and content not thinking about the nav bar and footer being widgets. I fixed the margin and figured out how to make a margin for just the sidebar. Seriously thank you, it’s been driving me nuts!
