I have a RD Web Access page and I was told to make it mobile friendly and also responsive to different browser window sizes.

I know how to make a basic .html pages responsive where the attributes used are div, but the attributes used to creating the layout for the website is in table form.

How do I go about this? Do I have to rewrite the html codes in the .aspx file or I could convert this tables to divs?

Note: The files for each page are in .aspx file (instead of .html) which I am not very familiar with.
