Netbeans used to be my favorite. I liked it better than Komodo , Eclipse or Aptana. It’s good for PHP, HTML and CSS. No python support anymore. I use Vim now , It’s an addiction. With zencoding plugin and the sass or less highlighting, you got yourself some pretty powerful bomb.Dude! If you already know how to type fast, not only with your indexes, Vim is nuts. There’s also Sublime text and E that are cool and that some people here use.

Unfortunately this topic comes up all too often. If Espresso, TextMate or Coda aren’t working on Windows ports they most certainly should be.

When on Windows, I like to use the new Sublime Text 2 (still in Beta).
