Radio buttons & checkboxes not working right?

I’m working on a page, but can’t seem to get the Totals to add up correctly. The Total is being added from the selected radio buttons and checkboxes, but I’ve only gotten the first 3 checkboxes to work right so far. I don’t have much experience with javascript, so I’m not exactly sure what to do. It seems like it just depends on the input id and the id (txtprice#) on the span of the dollar amount. Aside from making sure they both match for each category I’m not sure what else I should do. Here’s a link to the page:
