    Does anyone know how to go about developing functionality to compare up to 3 products or services side by side? Most sites like AT&T, Verizon, BestBuy have this functionality where you click a check box and then hit compare. It would be for a real estate company to compare up to 3 listings. Thanks!

    Magento is an open source ecommerce cms. You might want to have a look at their code, they have this function out of the box. Maybe it can give you some insight on development.

    Thanks for the info. I knew there were some e-commerce solutions out there that had this feature. I will check out Magento. The problem is, I am picking up someone else’s mess. The entire backend and database is already established using Coldfusion.
