I have a monitor with a resolution of 1920×1200. I created with html a banner with an image that has width 100%. When I test the real size on the browser through the inspector I see that the size of this image is much less then the monitor’s width. The image is large 1733px. Why is this happening?? If I go on another website the same image size has a different width in the same condition. Why?

Without a demo of the HTML & CSS we can’t really tell.

Is the image in a width limited container div?
