I tried using a css menu generator and had no luck. My site is mikesmotorclub.com, I used http://www.cssportal.com/css3-menu-generator/ and used the exact code on the site. The example thats on the generator website WORKS for me. But when I copy and paste the code to my site, the sub menus don’t stay when you go to click on them.

I’m using Basekit website editor and using Google Chrome…

If anyone could help me out, that would be great! I’m a noobie and im not sure how to use codepen…

Well, the issue seems to be in your sites original CSS somewhere. In other words, the issue existed prior to adding the menu, so there is a rogue style declaration messing with your menu. I copy/pasted the code into a codepen and it worked just fine.

Those Web Editors tend to mutilate otherwise clean solid code…

I am thinking the editor’s poorly put together css(not your fault) is to blame:

That’s what I thought since it’s only broken on my site and nowhere else. Well, I’m going to delete pretty much everything. If the menu still doesn’t work, I’m going to reset the whole website. We’ll see what happens…

    Thanks!

Resetting the site didn’t even work. I think this Basekit web editor is junk….
