Problem with text effect on list

Hi why is the effect i put on my list working.
Bassicly what it supposed to do is when u hover over your supposed the list item is supposed to go to the right and zoom a little bit

when a word start at a new line how can i make it so its aligns with were the first word starts again in the list instead of just a new line.
