    Hi There !

    i m trying to fill a textbox in a wordpressplugin called woocommerce.
    i want to pre-fill the coupon textbox with the value “Termin”.

    with the chrome-debugger i indicated the followed code which is responsible for the textbox:

    <input type="text" name="coupon_code" class="input-text" id="coupon_code" value="" placeholder="Gutschein-Code">

    i tried it as followed :

    input#coupon_code.input-text:before {content: 'Termin';}

    but i could not get it done by now.

    any idea, what i m doing wrong ?

    best regards

    hello pauli,

    thx for your fast answer.

    your example is in html, is it possible to do that in the css-file ?

    what will work is the code bracket value in html:

    <value = "Termin">

    but i want to do it with the css, for update reasons and less complexity.

    best regards
