Possible to have dropdown nav?

Is it possible to add dropdown navigation to this style found at https://html5up.net/future-imperfect (note: i would like the dropdown on the menu items LOREM IPSUM FEUGIAT TEMPUS ADIPISCING).

Ideally it would be great to have the menus appear when hovering over the item?

Certainly it’s possible but we do expect you to try this for yourself. There are hundreds of tutorials only that will show you how to get started.

I did start with this tutorial https://www.w3schools.com/howto/tryit.asp?filename=tryhow_css_js_dropdown_hover but adding this either resulted in the design being knocked off or not working so i thought it perhaps wasnt possible with this design – judging by your response i understand it still is possible to use this tutorial to achieve this?
