Couple of things:
You should give your uls some left margin.
The stuff in the right hand side bar, while it doesn’t HAVE to match up in width, it would probably look better if it did.
Another design note: Usually if most things are left aligned, throwing in something centered will look off.
Footer:
The margins are pretty random and don’t make sense, try making everything symmetrical, throughout the whole site.
It gives it a more professional and clean look.
Also, you might want to make it more graphical. While CSS is great and you can achieve very nice results with it, I believe a website needs graphics to look good.
