I would put the information on the right sidebar at the bottom, it is similar to the way alot of designers do it but it does look much better.

The sidebar should be links to each of every service, each service should have a single page. Blessings.

What everyone else said, plus:

The logo image is very pixellated. Fix that posthaste! Also, why is the phone number text, but not the text between the logo and the phone number? The text in that logo image needs to be screen-reader readable for SEO and accessibility reasons. You can fix this by adjusting the alt attribute, but it won’t be semantically correct until that text s separated from the logo image.
