permissions to a folder in cpanel

Hi,

i have installed a wordpress theme and activated it. I need to make some changes in the css files of the theme. But when i go to the cpanel and check,the theme folder user name is apache and the permissions to the folder is mentioned as rwx rwx r-x . the only option I have is to rename the folder. I’m unable to change the permission rights. All other themefolders have a particualr user name mentioned and not apace. How to I change the permissions.
