    What is the expected rendering of the following small SVG example? I am
    seeing reasonable variation amongst some of the viewers that I have tested.

    In the SVG spec, what is the precise meaning of “nearest containing
    viewport”? For a pattern, does it refer to the viewport containing the
    definition of the pattern, or the viewport containing the use of the
    pattern?
