It turns out that PayPal only has shipping regions if you are in the US, which I am not. I have an online store that uses PayPal buttons and I want to specify shipping for different locations. Obviously shipping regions would be ideal, but alas, I cannot use them. Does anyone know of any work around? I really don’t want to have to install a third-party cart as that would be a lot of work at this point…
