    I have to do a Parallax scrolling site for a client. I got the hang of it but I need to know how to add a menu that will work EXACTLY like the one on smartusa.com where the menu scrolls up with the first page then remains throughout the scrolling process. As the links work like named anchors but with pixel points.

    Hey D, They have used both js and css to give that initial scrolling effect. I would dig through their code and reverse engineer the way that they did it.
