I am desperate to find a solution for a project that I have been asked to work on, but alas it is beyond my know how.
I am looking for a product similar to a support ticket system for a paid questions and answers website.
The service would work as follows:
- The client creates an account.
- The client purchases “credits” in exchange for cash.
- The client asks a question in written form.
- The client’s question is sent to an online list of questions.
- Online consultants reply to the question.
- The client receives the reply.
- If the client accepts the reply, the credits are deducted from the client. The credits are then split between the consultant and the website.
- The client has the option to further the consultation against additional credits.
- And the cycle goes on…
I would be most grateful if you could guide me in the right direction.
Should I be looking for a question and answer or support ticket system?
Can you recommend a company that has already developed a similar product?
