    Hello There,

Before I start, Im redoing this homepage.

    (here’s the design mock up)

(the website in question) CSS stage

I’ve been dealing with this for a bit and it’s driving me crazy, not only on this project but others.

on IE/ the nav is at the top
on firefox/ the nav is at the bottom.

You can ignore the rest. I’m not done finishing the css.

My second question, If you look at the design mock up.
(if you notice how the "ribbion" is outside the white box)
How would I go about to add the banner neat and clean? I’ve seen this done a lot but don’t know how to approach it.

    thanks for reading
