    I have a overlay menu, it works fine i tried to replicate the issue in code pen but was unable to hover it is there..

    when the overlay menu opens when you click the icon and closes fine.

    the issue is that if you refresh the page it flashes the overlay real quick.. so if i am looking at my page then just click refresh you will see the overlay menu flash real quick
