Opinion? Best inline HTML WYSIWYG editor?

I’m making a website for a local sports association. My current problem is that there are 27 teams and in each one the Manager needs to create specific team content on the site to keep the parents informed. I thought the best way to do this is to give each manager access (it’s all login based – no outside influence) to a site which would allow them to access and modify an html file which I could then include into a called up PHP page.

But what is the best inline editor to do this with? Does have any suggestions? The one being used now to write this post looks OK (bold, preview, emoticons, etc) but it is part of phpBB I think.

What are some of the best inline editors YOU have used/heard of?
