What’s the need for offline webpages? I’ve seen a few sites explaining how to make them, but none explain the use for them, i thought id come here for assistance because i know your answers are reliable.
Sounds like an outdated concept to me, left over from the days of dialup where people didn’t have 24/7 connections in place.
