    Hi all, this site is not working properly on an XP machine running IE8. My concern is the nav bar in the top left corner. If you view the site in a webkit browser they look find but in IE8 they’re off to the side with no formatting. Please tell me what I missed. Thanks.

    You are using HTML5 elements such as HEADER and NAV, and IE8 doesn’t support those. Either use non-HTML5 elements, or add HTML5shiv to your page.
