    hi guys,

since I am not native speaker I miss the context of some text from time to time

could anyone clarify for me the point here
    http://www.wait-till-i.com/2005/06/21/six-javascript-features-we-do-not-need-any-longer/

    namely the part regarding

This you encounter a lot in “Accessibility Tutorials” ...

how do you use nosript for and / or why?

I use it only as warning message if user has JavaScript turned off
    is that wrong or not?

I agree with TT_Mark that JS should be used to only enhance the user experience not, enable it. Though I also think noscript is still a usable tag to display a message that lets users now that with JS disabled, they are not receiving the best experience available.
