Home › Forums › JavaScript › Nivo slider not running in browsers
I’ve been struggling for days trying to get this to work. The slider is in a template using Dreamweaver CS4.
Initially all I did so I didn’t mess up the code, I’m not familiar with javascript, so kept the default settings. When it didn’t run, I presume it is supposed to change images after a set time, I changed what I thought was the transition time between slides and the time a slide shows.
Can anyone help on this one please, I’ve probably missed something as it changes manully. Here is my code for the slider in the html page.

Do you have a link to the website that we can check out?
Also, there’s no point in using @import like that for your style sheets, just link to them directly.
And it looks like you haven’t actually include the Nivo script. You should have a script in the files that you downloaded, if uploaded correctly it’ll look similar this:
I haven’t actually uploaded it to the site yet, I was waiting to finish it all first.
I wasn’t sure about the @import , it was in the template . I replaced the @import with this code but it still doesn’t work.
