    Hey everyone,

    I am new to CSS and making a website without a CMS.

    I downloaded a CSS file from here – http://chocotemplates.com/portal/moviehunter/ for a site I want to launch soon, the only problem is, I don’t know how to add the sidebar, header etc.

    I know HTML and stuff but want to know how to add everything to it, it says there is a comment system, but I wouldn’t even know where to start. If you could help me, I would really appreciate it!
