I like the idea of the pages being on one page. maybe add a back to top button in the footer so people don’t have to scroll back up again. Also maybe a little rollover action on the price list. When they rollover you could have a jquery window pop up which has the information on that particular price. Maybe the rollover effect could be a pencil circle as if this is the one they have outlined?!
Also the background image is nice but too repetitive. Maybe paint out the repetitive mark, which is the slightly darker part of the image.
