New Personal Logo Critique

Hello Guys!
I created my new logo as a Web Designer and Front End Developer.

Here is my logo:

I really like it until some people tell me that the logo really reminds them about the existing logo of the famous band Linkin Park.

Here is their logo:

I never noticed it before that my logo is quite similar to their logo. :(

What do you think guys?
Do you think that I should design a new one or it is okay to stand with the logo?

If you are going international i would definitly consider a redesign ;)

I think it’s awesome… but does bear striking resemblance to the Linkin Park Logo.

I like it, but I think you can design a few more mockups and come up with something even more creative.
