New forum for servers

I think there should be a forum on how to set up nginx/apache; this would include php and sql setup as well. I understand both nginx and apache but had a lot of dificutly when starting up. :)
Any thoughts on this matter?

That would be a very specific forum. I feel that the existing ‘Other Discussions’ or ‘PHP Problems’ section could cover that fairly well.

I’m not saying that Chris shouldn’t have another section if he wants to (it’s his site after all)..just that it seems a little too highly focused to be necessary.

I don’t think we see a lot of questions on that subject…but perhaps that’s because we don’t have a separate areas for them.

Don’t have much of an opinion on whether to add a forum section or not (that’ll be up to Chris and possibly others to decide) but it’s always good to have members around with knowhow on server configuration.
